By using below mentioned method , you can save get around 20% -50% more for the amount you spend on mafia wars.
Instead of buying Skill Points with Reward Points(14RP for 4 skill points), its cheaper if you use your Reward Points to build cars(Solar Flare[+6eng] or Rebel 2[+6stamina]) or weapons(Railgun[+5attack] or Plasma Rilfe[+5def]). To reset the timer for building it only costs 12 RP.
Examples:
1 For +180 stamina skill:
Straight with PRs, it will cost you: 180/4 x 14 RP = 630 RPs, thats about $155.
If you build 30 Rebel 2, you will get 180 stamina and will cost only 30 x 12 RP = 360 RP + the parts(1350 Car Parts and 30 Bullet Proof Glass), thats around $97.

If you build 30 Solar Flares, you get 180 energy skill which will cost 360 RP = the parts(1950 Car Parts and 30 Solar Panels), thats about $98.
3. For +150 Attack Skill :
To buy directly from zynga in mafia wars , it would cost 155 USD
If you build 30 Railguns, you will get +150 attack skill and it would cost 30 x 12 RPs = 360 RPs + the parts(2430 Weapon Parts and 30 Railgun Barrels), thats around $102.
4. For +150 defense skill:
